The RAM manager
Windows forgot to ship.

Slack. Discord. Spotify. Chrome. They're eating your RAM right now.
Gingify puts them to sleep. Wakes them when you need them. You lose nothing.

Windows 10 / 11 · 64-bit · ~10MB

Zero telemetry. Nothing leaves your PC. Ever.

Why does 16GB feel like 4GB?

Windows Copilot
up to 800 MB
just sitting there
Slack + Discord + Spotify
1.1 GB combined
at idle, doing nothing
Chrome (10 tabs)
~2.5 GB
before you do anything

Windows suspends its own Store apps when idle. But it does nothing about Win32 apps — the Electron apps, the game clients, the chat tools. They sit in RAM forever. Until now.

How Gingify works

Gingify in action
[ Drop demo.gif here before launch ]
1

Monitors every app running on your PC — RAM usage, idle time, CPU activity

2

When RAM gets tight, snoozes idle apps automatically — or do it manually any time

3

Click any app to wake it instantly. It resumes exactly where it left off. Nothing is lost.
